After uploading my Day 4 Braille video, my Macbook power adapter malfunctioned, leaving me without a laptop until a reliable online retailer could send me a replacement. During this period, I was able to continue reading braille on my desktop computer, but was unable to record screencasts or even audio for that matter, which is why there haven't been any videos.
After receiving the power adapter in the mail today, I made this final video to documenting my progress in the 2-week Braille unit. In retrospect, I regret not thinking to record my progress in the form of words-per-minute, but hopefully my progress will be obvious enough.
I'm certainly not a "fast" reader in braille, but I'm no longer agonized by reading it, making it useful to me in case I need to read privately in the presence of others. If you're feeling like a secret agent and want to learn to read this font too, leave a comment saying so and I'll post a download link. Thanks for watching and I hope you tune in for my new unit: World Geography!
Mini-Contest: While reading, I made a mistake that went uncorrected (not counting pausing incorrectly at commas and periods). The first person to point it out correctly in the comments will get a mention in my next video.
Here is a link to download the Kobigraph Slim font, a more attractive font than the one in the video:

I cannot find the option to change my font to braille, i cannot find this "kobigraph"...this is actually a new word that I had just learned...how do i do this?
People I have asked think this video is fake and that you can't really turn firefox fonts into braille... :D :D :D ANy suggestions?

I've been looking to find a definition of the term "Kobigraph". Does that relate to blacklined braille, or is it a term generally used for alternative symbols? I can't find more info about it. I'd be interested if you know more than me. Thanks.

That's pretty fluid reading for just 40 hours. I did take up your challenge, however, even with full screen video, the writing is barely readable, besides, I use just black dots for reading and not Kobigraphs. So while most letters made perfect sense, some thinner ones that are more rounded are difficult to follow if you have to adapt to someone elses reading speed. Besides, English is not my first language. Was it Eds note instead of editors note as you said?
