I use a site called clustur,com. It lets me organize terms and stuff by subject, section, chaper, etc. Plus it keeps track of which material I have the hardest time remembering.

Treat the exam like a task to complete, not something that is about "learning" etc. Just a 3 hour task to complete, realise how simple an exam really is if you know specifically what to write down and what to calculate. I figured one thing out... Textbooks make things out like they are MUCH harder than they really are. I remember racking my brains trying to figure out one example, and when I did I realised the whole thing could be explained in half a page, not five pages...
