The former leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army, and one time prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj was first charged with war crimes during Kosovo's war of Independence in 2005. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is due to deliver a verdict which will decide if he will walk free or is destined to detention as a convicted war criminal. Al Jazeera's Simon McGregor-Wood reports.
