Just to confirm that all five of these files are from the night of Sunday 22nd December 1991, going into the early hours of Monday 23rd December. I think the overnight programmes were fully networked around this Christmas period, but I've made absolutely certain by checking with the TSW TV Times, which (as detailed above) will always list the same overnight programmes as Tyne Tees.

Again, this has to be late 1991 - the Pavarotti Hyde Park concert was in July 1991.
I should be able to date this tomorrow - I have a full collection of TSW TV Times from this period, and they showed the same thing overnight as Tyne Tees as both regions took Granada's Night Time service. It wasn't until the first week of 1996 that all regions in England and Wales at least started showing the same programmes overnight.

I did have my doubts about 1990 simply because the other "Hitchcock" ITV breaks were not themed and would have been transmitted after these if they were 1990 - I doubted ITV would remove the intro and break themes before Frenzy was on in March 1991. All I had to go on really was Mike Baldwin's insincere Christmas greeting to Tracey Barlow and I remembered that Ken had a pretty rough 1990 Christmas.
