my body is fucked, i have poor circulation in my feet, i used to eat SH*T loads of junk food as a teenager now i get extremely tired at work especially after lunch, i also suffer from a lot of ingrown hairs which i think could be related.

Im only 26 and I have a desk job for 8 years now, my blood sugar is 58 at the end of the day. I do mild exercise, I have gained 40 lbs in 6 mnths. Exercise would be the best?

Well, i did actually a lot for the past 6 months to try and get healthier - get rid of the crazy migraines that were haunting me 2-3 times a week sometimes, and i had to kill them with prescription drug "Maxalt" otherwise they were "killing" me.
I started to eat healthier (no processed, raw organic whole foods) i didn't cut off my sugar intake though.
Yoga, Chiropractic - 3 times a week for 3-4 month. And i noticed less migraines. But i reduced my sugar just recently and i wonder are they gone?

Is sugar intake related to migraine?
I'm a slim person about 28 years old, never gained any significant weight, but truly i am a big sugar addict, i eat a LOT of sugar, i can go through my day with only sweets and i feel fine, sometimes i'm even surprised how am i able to work and have energy without really eating any good nutritious food. Well lately i decided to skip the sugar especially refined sugars and flowers. i noticed having less and milder migraines. What can you tell me about this?

While I agree with this video, it says nothing about preventing diabetes. I could've learned just if he would've simply said " diabetes is a disease caused by fat lazy junk food addict idiots. It's entirely their own damn fault. "

Thank you Dr. Bellonzi. I lost 35 lbs and stopped taking Glucophage and other heart medications since August 2010. I was diagnosed diabetic type II with acute heart failure due to enlargment. I am 46 years old male. I was depressed when my doctor told me that I should register for heart transplant and that I have to take medication for the rest of my life. I decided to exercise as a last ditch effort, but I came to believe that no medicine can cure your ailment except YOU just as you said.

great person :)
