FALCOM is a great company, great OST's, and the storylines are just epic.

@LyricalFatechan Late reply but I never stated one was made before the other and simply said that it is what it might remind some people of. Considering some may have played the tales of series before even touching a Ys game.

Have you actually played the game? If not, don't knock it 'til you try it. It's absolutely amazing - possibly the best game in the Ys series. And despite all the changes, it's still very definitely Ys... all you have to do is play it for an hour, and you'll see what I mean. The action is amazing, the battle system is the best it's ever been, and there's a depth to this game that's just absolutely unmatched. This is Ys evolved... it's stunning. Try it, seriously... your mind will be changed.
