  • I received a response from SafeEggs and must point out that in the case of cooked eggs, it doesn't matter if Pasteurizing destroys the enzymes, the cooking itself will.

  • Most of those 650,000 germs are harmless, and the ten that aren't only affect those with lousy immune response from eating dead food like Pasteurized eggs and dairy products. Scare tactic advertising. Recent studies suggest "Hand Sanitizer" soaps are inneffective and actually harm the environment. Sterility attracts microbes like a magnet, and the germs soon return. It's why hospitals are a major source of infection, despite sterility efforts. It's "old" science.
