you need soft v neck for that guitar dude, it would fit your hand better. and get a recorder before you post a video, its good practice......helped me alot.

not to sound like im the best but youre on the right path what you need is practice and i can bet you dont know a damn scale too becuase although gilmour's solo is great its always better to make your own

When the solos are as simple, but effective as Gilmour's are, I like to learn them as they are and not improvise my own.

are those the right effects/pedals you're using? sound right but the microphone is the problem isnt it?

I'm managing to achieve the Gilmour tone without any effects/pedals however, the microphone is indeed distorting it.
