from a scientific point of view, matter represent energy arranged in a informational way. which means with an advanced technology, we also could make bred from nothing, or fish from nothing. But we are not so advanced. From a scientific point of view, it is very possible to do what Jesus was doing, with the right technology. However, Jesus was not using technology to do so, he just had supernatural powers. We, the Christians, call Him the Son of God and we believe in Him.
