This version of "The Burning Of The Midnight Lamp" is very rare and unreleased. It was recorded in Houston Studios, Los Angeles back in late june 1967. Notice the false start.
I decided to sync some nice & rare pictures of Jimi and friends with the audio.
Since I am a huge Hendrix fan/collector, there will likely be more to come, keep checking my channels

music will never be quite like this again. it's a damn shame if everyone listened to music that was around back then the world would know peace.

The hands down, greatest composer of the 20th century. He played every instrument except for drums and bass in this song. In his song "Angel" He actually played Guitar, Bass, and Drums. This man was nothing short of a musical genius on the level of Einstein in relation to mathematics.
