Would you happen to know what the little capacitor (I think they are capacitors) specs are? (the ones just under the headphone jack on the motherboard)

take the cover apart

unscrew the headphone jack

now get some kind of little needle or something like that, and inside the headphone jack there is a metal thing. i don't know what it is, but get the needle and pull it out.

so when you plug your headphones in the metal thing will should touch the headphone jack.

Anyone know how to fix the headphone jack, been having problems with it. only works in right ear. I then took it apart to fix. It works, but only when I press against the motherboard, dont wanna break it, but dont want a brick storage holder, if anyone can help, thanks
