On August 29, 2011 the Montrose Remembrance Garden on the North West Corner of California and Grant Streets in Houston, TX was dedicated to victims of violence, victims of hate crimes, and those who were subjected to bullying, to whom the garden is dedicated. Rep. Garnet Coleman speaks about his efforts to pass Hate Crimes and Anti-Bullying Legislation, and reads a message from David and Amy Troung, parents of Asher Brown
