Are there Crips & Bloods in South Philadelphia?

South Philly on 18th Street & Dickinson talking to rapper Kevlar and Lido Gambino about life in South Philly.

Although Philadelphia has one of the highest murder rates in the United States, they claim that gangs are not a serious factor like they are in Chicago and Los Angeles.
The Law is known in Pittsburgh but Philly back in 2004 may not have been known for distinctive gangs.

Kelvar drops a few bars about street life in Philadelphia and talks about taking care of home and responsibilities.

I've lived in a lot of prts of south philly now im only 13 but ive never seen any gang members and ive lived in realy bad parts of philly ive seen some small time drug dealers but thats about it philly really isnt a bad place to live
