My ex husband was very abusive and then kidnapped my daughter and fled for over a year. Even after they found him after hurting another child!! They wanted him to still have visitation and contact with my daughter. She is severely traumatized and I am flabbergasted by the court system.

Every judge violates the law. Law is only the excuse for the judge to earn 6 finger tax payer's money. This is how the law works. The real criminal is judges!!! We tax payer should have citizen arrest to put the judges into jail!!!!

This type of documentary needs to be re done but without the gender bias. The reason being both men and women can be and are very capable of being verbally and physically abusive before during and after marriage. I urge you if there is a Commissioner, Attorney, or state rep that you find has biased opinions that are more dictated by hate or pandered ideals. I think you must write about them in all forms of media to get them fired and put the point across that it won't be tolerated.

I believe alot of this could be avoided if Guardian Ad Litems were held accountable for taking outrageous amounts of money and not doing their job and if Judges were held accountable. The truth can be found when searched for.

Why do the Judges not want to address child sexual abuse?I was told by my lawyers that they are fed up of hearing about abuse? if the judges are unable to deal with abuse, then they should step down.
