Nope. Google holoprosencephaly and cyclopia. In a case this severe, there is never a nose, although sometimes there's a tube emerging from above the eye that would have become one. Frankly, it looks very much like a penis.

Other times, like this one, there is no nose at all.

You're right. I've noticed that kind of phenomenon, myself. Anytime anything even remotely interesting (and I will admit, these kids are fascinating), all the narrative is strictly Spanish, German, French, etc. Almost never is there a video of this type in English. That is very telling.

No es el segundo caso en el mundo jaja. Muchos nacieron asi. La mayor parte del tiempo, uno de los 2 padres presenta unas malformaciones que consisten en 1 solo diente incicivo, los ojos ya cerca el uno del otro... (excusan mi español aproximativo, soy Francés).
