http://www.ntv.co.ke Justice minister Mutula Kilonzo today made a spirited case for a local tribunal, days before the cabinet meets yet again in an effort to reach an agreement on the trial of post election violence suspects. Mutula told a Media Owners Association gathering that the Hague is not necessarily the best option for the country.
Hague,Local Tribunal or a special High Court Bench just wont work. You guys are so learned and yet so inept and ignorant on ways of leadership.Just let go.One down with a "D" grade more to go so lets see how you handle the next major project, the CONSTITUTION. My advice, see not Raila,Uhuru,Kalonzo,Saitoti, Karua or that former preacher from lower Embu, what's his name again,oh yes..Rev.Musymi, who recently found his voice with such ridiculous idea you'd think he just landed from Mars.See KENYA

wOODLOVE2008 - Mutula is not a Kale. Don't take things personally, unless you were involved as a ground solder. Kales, Luos, Kikuyus, Kambas anyone who was involved need to go to the Hague -Netherlands.

Mutula Kilonzo is a fool who undermined Mama Karua. Now he finds himself in the hot water wanting to have AG recall the files for hot air! Hague is the way to go!

woodlove2008 - We know where your support is. Let them go to the Hague and sort it out there! We are tired of these crooks. who paid for the lunch? I guess Mutula as a way of bribing the media....

Despite Mutula forcedul and eloquent defense of a local tribunal, it is difficult to trust him because Kenyan politicians have proved to be dishonest. It is not beyond our politicians to come back later and get rid of the same provisions that Mutula claims he has put in place to ensure the independence of the local tribunal. The Hague therefore remains the only foolproof alternative for Kenya.
