@strong8action As part of the national percentage, the crime rate is proportionate. The same goes for New Orleans and Detroit, which you make a DISGUSTING and MISLEADING attempt to label most crimes committed by blacks, when rest assured, the violence is spurred by white people.

Makes about as much sense as me saying 100% of the crimes in Marion Iowa are committed by whites, when 97% of the population is white. you are only perpetuating the problem in my hypothesis.
