Fraps uses an overlay to show the current FPS you are getting in the game. If you look at the top left that is the frame rate he is getting in the game. When you record with Fraps your frame rates are killed, so he is recording with his camera, and using Fraps to show the frame rate.

upgrade your processor to a Q6600.. i get around 60-90 fps high 8xAA. O_O! nice vid btw ^^
