295x10 pause 1, 325x5 pause 1, 360x6x3, 410x1 to finish it off..This video is the last set (360x3). I changed up the bench to get more of the reps in. So, I went from 4 sets of 5 to 6 sets of 3. Its almost the same amount of work but this way I get all the reps done
