Our 1972 Trans Am making its first pull on the Mustang chassis dyno at C&S Dyno Shop in Omaha, Nebraska.

After tuning it peak at 262 rwhp and 330 rwtq. Details of the tuning session can be seen in the April 2011 issue of High Performance Pontiac magazine.

    I can't share that information just yet. It's part of a story that will appear in the April 2011 issue of High Performance Pontiac magazine. Once its out, I'll update the details to include it.

  • Nice car. I know mustang dyno will give lower numbers. but 262 hp and 330tq seem low. What motor do you have in it? Is it a 350 small block? I could tell by your pull on the dyno, the numbers would be low, it took forever to reach your redline....A stout street motor will run 5-6 seconds tops on the dyno. Is it an auto will freeway gears...Really doesn't matter, your car is beautiful!
