excellent walk through

The procedure shown in the video is the one published by Spectrum. I followed those to the letter. The OrangeRx R610 begin the rapid flash when power applied but would not respond when DX5e transmitter was turned on. It did not stop blinking rapidly or blink slowly; and never had a steady glow state (bound). Pls. note: This is w/Spectrum DX5e transmitter. I would like confirmation that the OrangeRx R610 receiver and the DX5e transmitter are compatible - and if so, how to achieve a bind.

The spectrum rx doesn't flash when I plug it in! What is going wrong?

THANK YOU SIR! Greetings from USA.
I lost my factory bind in the rebuild of an Aert Tech P-51 Mustang foamie with the E-Fly 2.4ghz radio. Using your tutorial, I was able to re-bind and now working perfectly. Props, and thanks again!

Very helpful for me many thanks :-)
The DX5E is DSM2 protocol, as is the R610 so there should be no problem.
Try adjusting the distance between the two when binding...if its too close it could swamp the rx.

@zyxelina
Perhaps the Rx is faulty?

Also, make sure your battery plug is "the right way up"

the bind plug must be inserted into the batt bind socket only.
it wont work in any other socket.
Also, if you are using a switch harness, it must be a proper 3 wire Jr / Spektrum harness
