  • omg thankyou so much, i had to look through soooo many fucking videos to find a quick way of doing this - thanks for not trying to sell me some lame guitar lesson company or blabbing on like a know it all for 10 mins. infact its taken me longer to write this message than to tune my guitar. much love x

  • @davedwse quite welcome!

  • wouldnt it be easier and more accurate if i got a tuner ?

  • it depends on your ear.

  • I've been dropping the 3rd string down as part of the "dropping" process, to make a completely harmonic open chord. What's THAT called?

    -Soupy1957

  • it's called Open D

  • omfg THANK YOU ive been looking thru a bunch of bs videos trying to make this look complicated

  • Thanks for this!! Made it so much easier than if you don't have a tuner.. Now I can have some fun. Where do you find the chords in DADGAD??

  • Thank you!!!

  • Sound for that!

  • Short sweet and to the point. Good video.

  • awesome tutorial. best one i have seen so far. I had a hard time matching the low note cause the high note overpowered my eardrum. i was able to overcome that tho by using the harmonic on the 12th fret for the 6th string. maybe the strings im using? medium guage phosphorus.
