The King of Fighters 97 (1997) Boss Fight

A boss fight with Orochi.

Evaluation: Orochi is yet another extremely cheap boss, like all other bosses in Kof games or Snk games in general. After battling him a few times I noticed a pattern, so I came up with a strategy to defeat him. I stay a short distance from Orochi, not too close but not too far either. When you are close to Orochi he likes to do that one special when he pulls you towards him, and tears out your soul and crushes it. If you stay too far from him he will just shoot projectiles at you, and his projectiles cannot be stopped by yours, and they are hard to avoid. He also will use that special when he lights up the sky with energy. So, I say to use alot of projectiles against him, and rush at him occasionally. With that strategy in mind taking down Orochi won't be too hard.

@kolenzzo One thing I dislike about the new KOF games are those hand drawn sprites. They look bulky and ugly.

LOL...u used the KOF XI team of Kyo and Iori and Shingo. AWESOME

@BrickCity4eva I was most skilled with those three, so that's why I chose them. I was hoping to beat Orochi with Kyo, and I almost did too.

@suddnstar i can usually one man Orochi with Benimaru or Terry...but Orochi's quite easy...cheap but easy
