J.J. was old school through and through, he started as a ref in the WWWF reffing Bruno's title matches and learning the business from putting up rings to every other menial task their was in the business.
His psychology was flawless and he could take almost any mid carder and make them into a headliner just by managing them.
A little known fact was J.J. made more money managing the Horsemen then anyone but Flair, in fact this is why Tully & Arn left JCP and went north when they found this out.
