@P3313 I imagine they are hoping this leads to more films, and he would be a fantastic person to have up your sleeve in terms of keeping it fresh.

This is my dream! My favorite actor (jamie bell) in a film with a BELGIUM character!!!
BELGIUM ROCKS ! :)

@P3313 Maybe this film tells only up to the end of Secret of the Unicorn. As such, Calculus might not be cast because he isn't involved with this film. They're telling The Crab With the Golden Claws too, so maybe that's why.
-
@VGRetro I cannot imagine them leaving Calculus out of this film. He is like one of the best characters in the whole series. Hopefully they aren't dumb enough to leave him out
-
@MandelbudetReturns that would be pretty good i think
-
@P3313 I don't think he's in it. He hasn't been cast yet, it seems.

@stijnhommes It's Motion Capture because Jackson said they could not do Hergé's characters justice in live action. The Motion capture characters are real actors moving and talking, but the added bonus is that they can make Hergé's characters look real in a cartoony way. It's a genius way of doing it, and they look totally convincing.

I'd like to see a movie with actors acting, not cartoon (or something like that).
Well, it's just my opinion. I hope people respect it.
Anyway, I like Tintim and I will probably see this movie :)
Taty, from Brazil.

It was a real-life film right? What do they need motion capture for?
-
@scoterinaia But they're quie unrelated stories. Maybe you meant the secret of the unicorn and red rackham
I really, really hope that this song will be on the upcoming movie by Spielberg! Everyone who have read Tintin relate this symphony to Tintin!
