  • FINALLY, how many years has it taken for the US to realise the abrams would be useful in afghanistan?

The Canadians and dutch have had scores of success for over 4 years.

  • @wolfyys Actually it's taken the last eight years to realize that. Go figure.

  • The C-5 can technically carry 2 but it won't go far. Impressive that the C17 can get ALd across the sea

  • @cammander263 the optics and armor are far superior these days on tanks. they can fire while on the move and have a range of 2 miles with thermal optics for night shooting and observation.

  • now, AIRDROP it

  • the m1 abrams is just another sittin duck like the russian tanks were , honestly afghan isnt much of a tank terrian

  • 62 tons nothin, the abrams wieghs just short of 70 tons!

  • @ZZimster Heavy cargo plane can carry only one of many main battle tanks.

  • the take off scene at the beginning and the landing clip were awesome! great vid!

  • Wow 34 chains! that's crazy. Now i know why the Abrams gets such poor gas mileage, It takes One C-17 to haul a single Abrams.
