King County (Wash.) Executive Ron Sims, keynote speaker at Rails-to-Trails Conservancy's TrailLink 2007 conference. Entertaining story on why Mr. Sims started riding his bike on trails to lose weight.
Ron Sims was a disgrace to King County with his anti-White liberal agenda. I am amazed that so many Whites would have voted for him given the failure of the Negro race. That ripoff stunt of his renaming King county after the Communist Martin Luther King without any kind of a vote was an insult to Whites everywhere. Whites wake up and come join the Nationalist movement.
On 7/2/2008, I biked to Hollister, 100 km away. The only reason I don't bike to San Francisco anymore is because I've had 8 bikes stolen there, 4 of them locked.
I have been biking for 19 years, and, until recently, had hypertension. Yes, I am moderately obese, yet I enjoy long (40 miles) bike rides, 20 to San Francisco, one each to Oakland, Sausalito, Half Moon Bay, and Sunol, two each to Gilroy and Pacifica. One of my favorite biking routes has very heavy car traffic, El Camino Real.
