This is Muse's Knights of Cydonia on bass. I am playing through a Ashdown Electric Blue 180W 12" Amplifier and a BOSS ODB-3 Overdrive. The bass is an '07 Geddy Lee Jazz. I picked up a pick quickly, but only played the very beginning of it with the pick, cuase I suck at using a pick.

why do people hate on pick users? it's useless. I know people that can play better with a pick than most and when the tone calls for it, there is just no substitution. IMO the tone at the beginning with the pick sounds the best!

Are you dumb? He only used a pick for the first few notes, fingers for the rest.
