The moon is still in Capricorn, and in the S hemisphere, the moon is overhead when it reaches its highest point and when it sets it is only just below the horizon. On the other hand in the N hemisphere when the moon sets it is way below the horizon. That means warmer nights in the S hemisphere and colder nights in the N hemisphere.
