Host, Antonio Graceffo, travels to Khmer Suring province of Thailand to study Muay Thai Boran with Adjan Sok Chai, the first teacher of film star Tony Jaa. Khmer Surin province used to be part of Cambodia, and Antonio explores the connection between Khmer Bokator and Muay Thai Boran.

  • Alcoholism an drug addition is a huge problem in surin and this is why the adjan teaches those kids for free. he hopes that they will get off drugs. and because of his relationship to tony jaa, he is able to get them stunt work in movies, which can provide some income to their families.

  • sorry, i respect all sexual orientations, but the ajan is not. if you are looking for a gay martial art, i believe the Gay Games committe offers coruses in Tae Kwan Do, so you could train with other people of similar orientation. but you are welcome to train with us as well, we dont discriminate.

  • @brooklynmonk1 I think that is great. I teach my son mma and tell him to stay away from bad influences.

    We train 4 times a week for about 1 hour. He has excepted it as part of his life. He also is a very good wrestler because of the mix in disciplines. Keep up the good work.

  • I've seen 1 technique similar to Mae Sarm, Mae Kbach Kun Boran Khmer. Also kicking using the toe is also similar to our art! Hope ur doing well out there Antonio..
