He didn't use steriods. Why's everyone think he did? He even passed a lie detector test saying he never knowingly used perfomance enhancing drugs. C'mon now, Palmeiro was 6'0 195, that ain't a size a steroid user is.

RAFAEL PALMEIRO was one of the best players durin' his time with the BALTIMORE ORIOLES & the TEXAS RANGERS. No doubt in my mind he's goin to the HALL OF FAME, but my question is....which team is he gonna end up in the HALL OF FAME with? I hope he gets his number (#25) retired by both ball clubs. We'll DEFINATELY SEE HIM IN THE HALL OF FAME though, I GARRANTEE IT!!

the funny thing is, im my opinion, steroids do not help in baseball...you still need to put the bat on the ball and make solid contact... Neither do i believe that he used them either..i believe he was framed by tejada..but thats just me (sports illustrated did an artical proving that tejada had written large checks to andy petite)

When Palmeiro hit his 400th Career Homerun- his Homerun/At Bat Ratio was 19.6. When he retired it was 18.4. Normally it goes down as a player goes past 35. That's highly suspicious.

I was at this game it was against the Red Sox. I sat in the upper deck on the 3rd base side. Trot Nixon and Jay gibbons also hit homers.
