To those complaining about the vents in the bonnet, before you rush off to swap it on your imaginary Aston, just remember they serve a very practical purpose of helping to feed air to cool off a big V12 engine that has been very very tightly squeezed into an engine bay desgined for a V8. So if you find your car overheating on one of your imaginary drives don't say you weren't warned.

Clarkson is a writer who talks in ludicrous similies and metaphors about cars in an opinionated way.
Tiff is a professional racing driver who has done F1, 24 hour LeMans and various other serious driving competitions. Clarkson has the more embracing personality for TV, but drivingwise, Tiff Needell is in a different league and I'd trust his opinion more. I've seen Jezza rubbish a car because he doesn't like the ashtrays.
