Grab a deck of cards and get MOVING! Easiest workout ever, and no excuses if you don't have $ or a gym membership because this workout doesn't require either! Turn over 3 cards at a time, total them up, and do that number of a selected exercise! Face cards are worth 10, and Ace is 11, not 1 ;) Then pick any exercise and complete that number of reps.
