I know Picard would have the tech advantage in a 24th Century Galaxy Class vessel vs Captain Kirks 23rd Century Constitution Class vessel but Kirk would have Spock n Scotty who would somehow be able to find a way to beat Picard even with the help of Data and Sulu and Chekov are good marksmen on the draw!

Kirk became an admiral because he's the best Starfleet captain of all time, Picard couldn't get his ass off of the captain's chair half of the time. Kirk for the win! Picard is a complete wuss. Hell, Kirk beat the shit out of Dr. Soran in Generations, and Picard got his ass kicked by the same person. What a pathetic little bitch. Kirk did all the work and that little wuss simply ran away. Kirk has saved the galaxy far more times than Picard did, that's an absolute fact indeed!
