please avoid doing this posture unless you "modify" it properly!!!
(also, handstands, plank, full wheel, or any posture that brings most of your body weight to your wrists)

Very useful and well presented. I was afraid I would need to seek a doctor but now will try healing myself this way. I used to do Yoga a lot but let it fall away, so this, I think, is going to help me get back into it. Thanks, Theresa! The wood-stove is a nice touch. I have the same model right here.
