Foam rolling is a wonderful way to assist with muscle recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. Some of the areas that most need rolling for myofascial release in the lower body include the glutes, quads, and Ilio-Tibial bands. Nicole demonstrates various intensity rolls using the foam roller and a medicine ball in this video.
