This is one of my most favorite songs. This song seems to have a magic power to grasp your heart and memory. It definitely have a purifying effect to a receiving soul. One would love this song more when he or she gets older. This is the first time I tried to translate a Chinese lyric to English as a practice of my English writing and I hope to get some "negative" feedback so that I could improve my English (purely for fun). Both Ms. Mao and Mr. Liao Chang Yong sang this song wonderfully.
