Our band is sapposed to be playing this in the grade 5 class at the SCBDA Concert Festival...I'm excited.

Thank you for your kind words.
We try to program one or two works every year that stretch the band (like premiers). This was clearly that kind of piece, but it was really, really good for the growth of the musicians.
Plus, it seems as if fewer bands play it anymore!
