Anne Archer is a longstanding member of the Church of Scientology and was introduced to the religion at an acting school run by devout follower Milton Katselas, the Beverly Hills Playhouse.

Her husband and fellow Scientologist, Terry Jastrow, also took courses at the Katselas school.
Archer commented on her experiences at the Playhouse: "I have seen performances sometimes in that class that are so brilliant that they're better than anything I have seen on the stage or film."

Between 1982 and 1986 Archer was a spokeswoman for Applied Scholastics, the literacy training organization sponsored by the Church of Scientology.

Her son Tom Davis is the head of the Church of Scientology's Celebrity Centre International in Los Angeles, California.

  • Tom Cruise once tried to promote this routine in New York in the guise of detox clinics, even encouraging city firemen exposed to chemicals at Ground Zero through 9-11 to try it.

However, the New York Fire Departments chief medical officer told the New York Times that there is no objective evidence to support Hubbards theory that somehow people can sweat out toxins.

  • The theory that humans can sweat out toxins is not strictly just a Hubbard theory.

  • damn scientology has beautiful women

  • $cientology alert!

  • Read the big piece in the Feb. 14th, 2010 issue of The New Yorker on Scientology of which Ann Archer is a prominent member and the mother of church executive Tommy Davis.

  • Scientology was created by a science fiction writer who expressed blatantly that he started it only to make money. How could anyone take that seriously? It's a pathetic joke.

  • Crikey, she's rather nice. How could she ever have given birth to such an odious turd? Apparently, she does not talk about him publicly.

  • Your son is a FAG!

  • @sciologo what a stupid question you fuckhead, everyone knows that,go join them and give them all your money you idiot

  • Anon9000000,

There are other religions that have caused much more death than the Church of Scientology, why don't you think that is more important?

  • I got news for ya'. Alot of "Hubbard's Methods" he cand everyone claims are his inventions are simply his versions of other program methods he stole and changed a little to make his own. Including auditing which seems to me to be an on going type of "4th Step" as in an A.A. Program.

Which is a step usually done once. But Hubbard's auditing seems to be his own sick twisted version of a 4th step.

4th Step is an honest and complete moral inventory of one self.

LRH was a sick con artist period!
