@bronzesel: The point GC makes is extremely valid. Many news outlets rush to be first with the facts behind complex stories. Sometimes this creates factual conflict or even assumed and made up data. News is fractionalised, or worse copied without checks in full. Editorial bias is making the front page, regardless of the topic in a way which is designed to decide for you what is fact and how it should be viewed. It is selective and slanted.
"But thats the way liberals are", You make it sound like being a Liberal is a bad thing. Personally, I am proud to be called a Liberal. I am not going to believe everything the leader of a country tells me. They LIE. It is a fact that they lie. In fact this has been proven. Hence thousands of people dying in the Middle East for what? For greed, for rich people to get richer. Thank God for the Clooney's of this world. Thank God that he has the decency to ask us to question what we are told.
The fact that information was 'left out' is worrying. The fact that there were no WMDs shows that there was no point in going into Iraq. The whole point of going into Iraq was to destroy WMDs. Dr David Kelly had told the British Government that there were NO weapons. But Blair and Bush went in anyway. But according to Mrs Blair, her husband wanted to write a book about about his exploits and thought a war would be good. Clooney is one of the good guys. It is the bad guys that should be outed.
I watched both Fox and Cnn. Neither one, stated there "was" weapons. He's wrong on this statement. But, thats the way all liberals are. They make there on conclusions from watching liberal media. Twisting the facts to meet there on selfish propaganda. On the other hand. I have noticed Fox and Cnn both, leaving out certain information to sway people toward there ideas and conclusions. It's sad when you have someone like this not getting the real story being, only blinded by his own ideas.
