The interviewer is a moron; by November of 1977 Rush was an international touring act headlining their "A Farewell to Kings" Tour.

You're all gonna kill me for saying this, but AC/DC was punk rock compared to KISS. It's ironic that Highway to Hell and Never Mind the Bollocks came out the same year. They were both deeply irreverent fuck off records and both not American. Bon said KISS were a spectacular, but not good.
