Division leading punt-returner (wide receiver) tells how he, on the sideline at practice in 15-20 minutes, with Dr. Petras' help was able to safely, relieve his pain, increase his range-of-motion (hyperextended knee) and returned to play quickly, at a high level of performance. He also discusses how he used visualization techniques to help him improve his running ability and reduce anxiety from getting hit while catching the ball on punt returns.
