@xavierrejon What is weird is my WTF taekwonmdo teacher in the 90's taught me this form to do outward block but then I see people doing inward as well. Which is it and where can I find a list of the OFFICIAL moves for all pal gae forms?

@apanolle Poomse is the Korean word for forms. There are several types of forms, Palgwe and Taguk being two different types of forms. Each of the poomse styles have different characteristics.

Anyone else notice the one incorrect block in this form?
The block right before the second yell is wrong. He does a middle-OUTside block, in my experience, and in the three other videos of this form I have watched, it is suppose to be a middle-INside block.

apanole, palgwe forms are the old forms, wtf made taeguk to make it simple, sports like, now palgwe are the ones which egsisted before the creation of taegook, you may say palgwe is the advanced forms which usually are required to know in order to get more in deph with the art of taekwondo.
step number 15 is step out in middle block forward stance and its not in out block..

I've been away from taekwondo for about 16 years and I'm just getting back into it now. I have checked out a few of the local schools and I've discoved that in my area many schools now teach both the palgwe and taeguek forms together. My old school only taught taegeuk forms. Also, I'm finding that some of the blocks differ from school to school in both the palgwe and taegeuk forms. I'm not sure it's wrong more than just a different interpretation of the form.
