...very well dear, but you forgot to mention, is that what you call (North Cyprus)
is occupied by force from Turkish army in 1974 and most of that land still belongs to Greek cypriots who never stop claim tit back!!!.
Therefore any invesment will be landgrab and it is illegal according UN
and the European court!!!!
