Nick Peron interviews New York State Film Commissioner Pat Kaufman, and her less famous husband, Lloyd Kaufman who owns some film company called Troma -- you might have heard of it some place -- Pat talks about the incentives of making your own movie in the state of New York. Lloyd talks about the latest Troma releases: Heavy Mental, Mr. Bricks, and Fathers Day, his various books and remains ever so coy about the progress on the Toxic Avenger Part 5.

Also featured in this video is Heavy Mental director Mike Hartman and whatever poor bastard they blackmailed -- er I mean devoted Troma fan who volunteered to wear the Toxic Avenger mask.
