There's a crude comment in there somewhere. However, if the animal's going to die for us humans to eat, may as well eat all the bits. Waste not, want not (although I do find offal repellent - it processes waste). I'll buy fish but cannot remember the last time I bought mammal to cook. Don't condemn me!!
