  • @karst007 First of all, I'm not quite 40, I'm only about ten pounds overweight, and dude my Mom's basement is HUGE. If you can't pick up the sarcasm well, you're an idiot...moving on. Watch this video titled "1996 Olympics Beach Volleyball Quarter Final Match Pt. 1" and then tell me what you think you are seeing. Better yet, how about just watch it and then shut your hole little man.

  • @helipilot3333 lets say you do play, i agree that the rules are up to the official. (obviously cause he is the only guy with a whistle) BUT, there is for sure a definite and clear rule on what makes a good set or a bad set. its not an ambiguous term that no one can define. if you played any volleyball, you would know this. so rather than continue to embarrass you here... lets just drop it.

  • @helipilot3333 dude... other than a double touch... the only other way to tell if a set is good or not is by looking at the ball. that will tell you how it came off the hands. if you were indeed the player that you claim to be then you would know this. i will give you the benefit of the doubt (even tho you are probably a 40 yr old overweight guy living in his moms basement with nothing better to do than comment on youtube videos) and say you are indeed a volleyball player.

  • @helipilot3333 learn something? LMAO... i believe i am the one with the education trying to explain how to set. how about you try to prove me wrong with your little pea sized brain... and prolly is a new term you old fart. try and stay relevant in the world otherwise you will be left behind, much like your limited knowledge on volleyball....

  • @karst007 learn something before you open your big, uneducated mouth again. By the way don't use the word "prolly," the word is PROBABLY. Idiot.

  • @karst007 THE BALL CANNOT SPIN AT ALL. All rulebooks define a "level of spin" which should be read as "rotational speed" but no one understands it. So morons like yourself think "the ball can't spin on a set." Incorrect. That is simply a rule of thumb because no one knows how to properly call it. As far as you "winning," what are you winning? You think you are winning an argument by looking up things on Google? I don't need to do any research, been through it already. How about you go out and

  • @karst007 wind. I am no way comparing myself to these guys. Fonoi is an Olympic Gold Medalist and was widely considered one of the best in the world at one time. I am making an observation that for being pros these guys look pretty shitty. You ask them, they would agree. As far as you "schooling me" read an FIVB rulebook and then read a USAV rulebook AND THEN read an AVP rulebook(if you can actually find one) and you will find the rules vary drastically. BUT NOWHERE IN ANY RULEBOOK DOES IT SAY

  • @karst007 ever been. Ask three out of these players and they will tell you that they would prefer the hand set to the bump set. The wind is obviously nasty in this video which results in bump setting. The comment I was making was in relation to the fact that these guys are pros and no one could seem to put up a decent set. These guys spend most of their careers playing on the beach so they should be used to playing in these challenging conditions. I freely admit that I am not that good in the

  • @karst007 Just because you can type a lot and research from the Google tab about volleyball(that's funny) does not mean you have any idea what you are talking about. You know zero about the psychology of hand setting friend. I am a setter, indoor and out. I am known for my setting ability in the volleyball community where I live. What is considered legal depends on WHO is governing said tournament. I hate to break this too but I started playing in the early 90's when setting was as tight as it's

  • Great, but it would be greater if professionals had such a long rally !
