Pushups from easiest to hardest...
-Bench Pushups (easiest)
-Step Pushups
-Floor Pushups
-Feet Elevated Pushups
-Spiderman Pushups
-Band Pushups (hardest - and to make it even more difficult, just use a thicker band)
For push-ups, remember to keep your abs and glutes tight which will help keep your lumbar spine in proper alignment (not excessively arching). Tuck your elbows 45 degrees to your torso and "pull" yourself down to the floor/bench with your shoulder blades. Keep your head neutral (in line with your spine, so look straight down) and have your chest (nipple line) lead the way down to the floor/bench)
