My buddy Travis' 1985 Toyota Corolla. AE85 chassis, AE111 blacktop 20v 4age engine. TODA 8lb flywheel, Exedy Stg2 clutch, full length header, Buddy Club Racing Spec II exhaust, Kaaz 1.5way LSD, Eibach suspensions and much more.

Solo Atlanta Region Round 9, 2009.

  • @Lkjbl Lol same with me, my bonestock SR5 is already so much fun, but with a blacktop......

  • @a0987312245 Well from this local shop, the engine and the ECU was $1100. You need a gts bellhousing or you can just buy the whole gts tranny which I would do. Reason being: You need the GTS driveshaft to go along with it so you can run a disc to disc rear axle and take advantage of rear discs and a stronger diff. SR5 diffs cant take too much of a beating adn dont like larger horsepower than theyre meant for. adn it depends if you wire it yourself. Mines not yet done..

    Ya. All Corolla SR5's have 4AC's stock..

  • God I can't wait to swap my damn SR5.... I bet its a blast with the 4AGE...

  • if thats here in USA there is no way that is an AE85, never ever, unless of course it was imported from japan. USA only got AE86 chasis to sell regardless of trim. Good though because AE85 is less rigid i hear.
