Just found this video after having my own Purple Rain clip removed. I had never heard of this Content Identification Program before!
What did I do wrong? Was I running a massive counterfeiting operation? Depriving UMP of huge revenues? No, I posted a 30 second clip of some amateurs playing this song at a Jam Night. It was certainly no threat to them. If anything, it was free promotion for the song.
UMP certainly know how to endear themselves to the record buying public, dont they?
